This week…

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone has been having a great week. I’ve just been looking through your key skills books and I am so thrilled with all of the excellent work that has been done at home over the last few days. We had nearly all of the books brought in today, I wonder if we will get a full house next week?

This week we have been focusing on learning powder paint skills and colour mixing. We have learnt how to make the paint and then we have seen what happens when we mix two primary colours together. We have also been continuing to look at adding numbers and finding ways to solve addition problems and show our thinking by making our own jottings and marks.

We were also excited to go to the emergency reading assembly and we love our class book ‘Mrs Armitage on Wheels’. We are looking forward to exploring this book further in the coming weeks.

Enjoy the rest of the week everyone!
